Jeff “Jes'' Simpson brings several years of experience in small business ownership and investing all at a young age. He started his first company in app development at 15 years old out of his bedroom. At this age he was also competing on the national level circuit playing junior tennis all across southern states and also around the rest of the country. Self-discipline and determination came natural to Jes, he spent several years in hybrid school and homeschool to train for his tennis career as well as operate his business.
 
After completing his tennis career, his eyes moved toward a college education. Jes attended the University of Arkansas, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a double minor in Finance and Real Estate. Jes then decided to forgo the opportunity of dental school, as he realized the transition into the 30A lifestyle of luxury real estate was one of his passions that he had not yet been able to pursue. Jes has many passions which include travel, racing, and skydiving. He has had the opportunity to live in Valencia, a city located on the East coast of Spain for six months during college. He has visited 18 countries and plans to visit many more. Racing became a passion after a friend invited him to a high-performance driving event.
 
From lap one he was hooked. Jes now has completed racing school and has a racing license and has hopes to race for many years to come. Skydiving came as a natural progression on the adrenaline checklist. Jes resides in Rosemary Beach and has settled into the 30A lifestyle fast. With a short walk to one of the prettiest beaches in the country, you will likely find him running on the beach or at one of his favorite spots around town. Those favorite spots include Neat in Alys Beach, Amigos 30A, Bud and Alley’s in Seaside, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, and The Red Bar in Grayton Beach.
