Colin Berry was born and raised along Florida’s Panhandle and has lived the evolution of 30A firsthand. From attending Seaside Neighborhood School to spending time away at Florida State University before returning home to the coast, his journey has always been rooted in the unique rhythm of life along 30A.

His passion for real estate started early, working sunrise to sunset beach chair shifts and spending his downtime studying the homes, charm, and architecture that make this area so unique. He pursued his real estate license soon after college and has since built a reputation for his deep local knowledge, clear communication, and client-first approach.

Colin is also the founder of Reside30a, one of the area's longest-running home management companies focused exclusively on non-rental homes. His team oversees second and third homes with personalized service, seasonal maintenance, and project coordination—offering true peace of mind for owners when they’re away.

When he's not working, you’ll find Colin fishing, paddleboarding, hosting bonfires with friends, or exploring the woods and water with his British Labrador, Milo. Whether helping clients find the perfect property or keeping their home in top shape, he brings energy, integrity, and local insight to everything he does.
